Few mechanical properties of ASTM A194 UNS S41000 hex bolts are as follows.1. Hardness on the Rockwell B scale is maximum up to 96. 2.Minimum tensile strength(Mpa) is 65(450). En 1.40006 stud’s bolts follow ANSI B18.2.1, DIN 931/933 standard.

En 1.40006 studs bolts types such as cold forged, hot forged, bar stock milling are suitable for withstanding severe changing temperatures. AISI  410 screw's premium mechanical properties such as Tensile strength Ksi[MPa] is 70[480], Elongation percentage is 20% are utmost useful in marine industries, chemical processing plants, nuclear reactors, etc. These AISI  410 screws are unsusceptible to chloride corrosion in seawater, soaring strength at elevated temperature. SUS 410 threaded rods are martensitic threaded rods used in power industries, ornamental ironwork, electric motors, fitting equipment, etc. Minimum tensile strength [Mpa] is 485.Elongation percentage is 18%. These SUS 410 threaded rods can be identified into the rectangular bar, hex bar, bright bar, forged bar, etc. SUS 410 threaded rods are ideal for in-house fittings imparting all mechanical, chemical, and physical characteristics.
