It is used in the construction of transformers, motors, inductors, speakers, electromagnets, hard disk head actuators, etc. Copper wire used in an electromagnet is insulated with a coating of non-conductive insulation like enamel or plastic which is to prevent from the charging of wires. Insulated copper cable and insulated copper wire and are among the most common sources for scrap copper.
for low resistance 8 Gauge Copper Wire is a high strand count tinned copper conductor , protection from corrosion and high conductivity . Bare Copper Wire is fairly corrosion resistant, but when it is used in places with high humidity and in wet environments, it can quickly become damaged. When bare copper is operating at temperatures that exceed 100°C, it may start to degrade and hence this kind may result in a loss of performance. By coating bare copper with tin can strengthen the copper’s natural properties, which will give it a longer shelf life.
Enameled Copper Wire is an insulated copper electrical conductor which is used in motors, transformers and other electromagnetic equipment. This type of transformation includes generators and through the use of magnet wire which turn mechanical power into electrical energy. Copper Ground Wire is used for grounding. All electrical devices must be grounded. Grounding provides a safe pathway for electricity to travel in the event of a fault. The current passes back to the earth or to the ground. It connects to electrical devices, such as outlets, switches, and fixtures, as well as metal appliance frames or housings.
